1. Shipping Coverage We provide shipping services to all regions of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For international shipping inquiries (outside the UK), please contact our team directly for a customized shipping quote.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times – Standard Shipping: Suitable for small to medium-sized orders (under 50 items). Delivery time: 2-3 business days after order confirmation (UK mainland: 2 business days; Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland: 3 business days). Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and delivery location. – Express Shipping: Suitable for urgent orders or large quantities (50 items and above). Delivery time: 1 business day after order confirmation (UK mainland: same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM GMT, next-day delivery; Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland: 1-2 business days). Express shipping costs will be quoted separately based on your order details. – Bulk Shipping: For large wholesale orders (100 items and above). Delivery time: 2-4 business days after order confirmation (customizable based on your schedule; UK mainland: 2-3 days; remote areas: 3-4 days). We offer discounted bulk shipping rates and flexible delivery scheduling. Please contact us to discuss your bulk shipping needs. – Remote Area Delivery: For remote regions (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands), delivery time may be extended by 1-2 business days for all shipping methods. 3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by the following factors: order weight, order quantity, delivery location and shipping method. A detailed shipping cost will be included in your order quote, and we will always strive to provide you with the most competitive shipping rates.

4. Order Processing & Tracking – Order Processing: After we receive your confirmed order and payment, we will process your order within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). – Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your delivery in real time via our logistics partner’s website.

5. Shipping Notes – Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete (including postcode), as incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or additional costs. – We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, customs delays (for international orders) or public holidays. – For bulk orders, please provide a contact person and phone number for the delivery location, to ensure smooth delivery.
