At HAYER APPAREL LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality bedding products to our trade partners. If you receive products that are defective, damaged or do not match your order, we offer a fair and straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns Returns will be accepted only if one or more of the following conditions are met (supported by photos/videos and order documentation): – The product is defective (e.g., fabric flaws, stitching errors, incorrect size). – The product is damaged during shipping (please notify us within 24 hours of delivery). – We have sent the wrong product (e.g., incorrect style, color or quantity) due to our error. – The product does not meet the quality standards agreed upon in your order.

2. Circumstances Not Eligible for Returns Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: – Products that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer. – Products with no defects, but the customer simply changes their mind or no longer needs them. – Customized products (unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error). – Returns requested after 7 business days of delivery. – Products with missing tags, packaging or accessories.

3. How to Request a Return To request a return, please follow these steps: 1. Contact us via email (admin@hayerapparel.shop) or phone (+44 7945 380248) within 7 business days of receiving your order. 2. Provide your order number, contact details, a detailed description of the issue (including photos/videos of defective/damaged products) and the number of items you wish to return. 3. Our team will review your return request within 1-2 business days and notify you of our decision. 4. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed return instructions (including the return address).

4. Return Shipping & Refunds/Exchanges – Return Shipping: For eligible returns (due to our error or defective products), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please use the shipping method specified in our return instructions. – Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned products (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, and the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (usually 3-5 business days). – Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement products to you as soon as possible, free of charge.
